Mileage Improvement

Tuesday, May 30th, 2006

I changed my oil two weeks ago and added the SFR oil treatment and gas
treatment. I drove 583 miles, filled up and then calculated that I had
achieved 31 mpg. I was getting 28-29 previously. Not bad for a vehicle
that has 196860 miles on it! From: Ro

SFR 100 Oil Fortifier

Friday, May 19th, 2006

Received 5/19/2006:

A year ago, my mechanic told me SFR 100 Oil Fortifier was getting him unbelievable mileage on his old Buick. I was very skeptical, years ago having wasted my time and money on Slick 50.

At his urging, I bought some for my 2005 Cadillac Escalade, which is EPA rate at 13/17. I have been adding 8 ounces every oil change for the last year and I am now a believer.

A recent highway trip to St. Louis netted me 19.7. A recent tank in town resulted in 16.1 mpg. Certainly I don’t get that mileage all the time, but WOW. I don’t think the Cadillac dealer mechanic believed me when I told him about it.

A number of my friends have tried it at my suggestion and all have been pleased.

I must tell you, though that I have tried some of your diesel additive in my ‘01 F350 without improvement, which disappoints me greatly. If it would work as well as the Oil Fortifier, I would be one happy camper. Bill Crowe

Bill: Thanks for the accolades on your escalade! You did not mention if your F350 one ton is a four wheel drive or not? If it is there are so many moving parts you need to treat not only the engine, but the transfer case, rear end with Gearzol and the transmission if it is a manual. We find that four wheel drives get the best mileage improvement. The other thing that you did not mention is the use of D-Sol Diesel Fuel Conditioner. We always recommend to use D-Sol Diesel Fuel Conditioner with D-Sol oil fortifier. We have fleet testing that shows up to a 5% mileage improvement with the D-Sol Fuel Conditioner. Also, the F-350 is older and needs more time to clean up the engine for the mileage improvement to take place. You didn’t say how long you had been using the D-Sol, as it may just be a case of time until D-Sol cleans the engine and improves mileage. Thanks for your reply.

SFR 100 on Chains

Wednesday, May 17th, 2006

This email was received on March 20, 2006.

Dear Sir: My brother and his wife are team drivers, they have almost 2,000,000 miles on their 91 Western Star. They had their first overhaul after their first million miles and started using SFR after that. The selling point on SFR came about when he had trouble unlocking chains on on of his trailers in very cold weather. He had used everything under the sun in the way of a lubricant on the locks to no avail. A friend came over and dabbed a little SFR on the lock and it sprang open. Well, that was that! He was sold! And of course I was sold after hearing the story. My use is just for personal vehicles.

Now it is time, all I know about is the original SFR. My son has a 3/4 to GMC Yukon with the big engine that he uses to pull a Toy Hauler trailer loaded with dirt bikes for his wife and elementary age boys. His bike is water cooled, the others air cooled. He plans to keep the Yukon for ever, so SFR is a must, but after pulling up you web site I got a little confused with all products you have on the market now and would like a little advice on what he would have a need for.

I would appreciate any guidance you can steer my way. Thanks, Richard Clement

Richard: Since the Yukon is a 3/4 ton I would recommend our Gaszol synthetic oil fortifier. Its made for all gasoline engines and is compatible with regular mineral oil motor oil. You should use it each time you change your oil at 4-6 ounces per gallon of motor oil, or 1-1 1/2 ounces per quart. There is a view stripe on the side for easy measuring. Thanks for your reply.
